EPS Foam Sheets

Expandable Poly Styrene (E.P.S.) Foam insulation board is ideal for use as an insulating liner for corrugated packaging. It is a lightweight, rigid, plastic foam insulation material produced from solid particles of polystyrene. It offers constant thermal resistance, dimensional stability and chemical inertness and sustainability. The EPS Foam sheets can be built in any size according to your needs.

Gel Packs

Gel Packs are the superior choice to maintain a cold chain. Unlike wet ice that can melt, leak, and compromise the contents and the box, and unlike dry ice, that can cause freezer burn or frostbite. An economical and planet-friendly alternative to wet ice; gel packs are completely reusable, don’t melt all over your product and assure the thermal temperature control you need. Gel Packs are available in multiple formulations from -50°C (-58°F) to -1°C (+30°F) and sizes. Available in 3oz, 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 24oz, 32oz, and 48oz.

Poly Bags

SCHC can design and manufacture any style or shape plastic bag you need for your product. We supply a wide variety of poly products including Meat, Poultry and Seafood Liners; Food Bags; FDA Approved Custom Liners; Gaylord Box Liners; Flat or Gusseted Bags; Bags perforated on a roll; Wicket Bags; Medical Waste Printed Bags; Pallet Covers: Gusseted or center fold shrink and non shrink. The 10” and the 6” FDA Approved Poly Bag Liners are our best sellers in stock.

Shrink Wraps

Make the process of shrink-wrapping a snap! Use SCHC Shrink Wraps to create durable professional packaging, seal products against moisture and dirt, protect irregular loads and gain cost and space effectiveness. The Shrink Wrap is available in 18”x1,500’.

Plastic Strapping

Use Plastic Strapping to help secure boxes and other packages in medium- to heavy-duty packaging applications. It’s easier, safer and less expensive way for sealing boxes and packages for shipments. SCHC also provides the metal fasteners needed for banding. SCHC Plastic Strapping is available in ½” wide x 7,200’.
