We’re continuing to support great causes in the community, even during these tough times. SCHC recently worked with Houston Bike Share, operator of Houston BCycle, to obtain and transport aftermarket equipment from Denver and San Antonio. For Bike Month, we want to highlight that effort. Along with this, SCHC is supporting BikeHouston to assist in the mission to transform the city through advocacy and creating safe bikeways to improve the quality of life for all Houstonians. Cycling is booming across the world as many seek the freedom of self-propelled movement in the outdoors and on city streets. Logistics and packaging in the micromobility industry was a new venture for SCHC, but we worked to offer efficient solutions to meet the needs. We’re happy to have delivered this equipment to assist in the rapid expansion of the Houston BCycle program. This effort was timely as the bike share program has seen record ridership numbers in the past few months. This additional equipment has been key to meeting the increased demand.
